It’s A New Year!

IT’S A NEW YEAR! We’re so excited for what this year will bring, particularly when we look back at everything we achieved in 2018. That’s why we’re taking this opportunity to give our wonderful patients an update on the goals we have made for the new year, as well as accomplishments from the last!

How Far We Came In 2018

We expanded our Palm Beach Gardens practice this past year adding a brand new wing and four chairs to accommodate our patients busy schedules.  Our team began seeing patients earlier, later in the day and on Saturdays.  In addition, Dr. Allan Gross joined our practice, which already included associate Dr. David Roshkind.  In order to meet the needs of expanding services, we also welcomed Dr. Christian Rouleau, an oral surgeon.

We posted our vision, purpose and brand promise on our interior doors so all patients can know what we Gardens Dental Care is about – consistently providing the best patient experience possible.

In addition, we took our in-house saving plan to the next level partnering with kleer.com and renaming it the Gardens Dental Care Membership Plan.

We also added Compassionate Finance, which allows individuals the opportunity to pay for much-needed dental treatment despite bad credit.

As for community, we continued to support Place of Hope located in Palm Beach Gardens.  It is the largest faith-based family-style, state-licensed children’s organization in the region and received a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator.

We continued to engage our patients with rewards and prizes including Honda Classic VIP tickets, a Yeti cooler, an oral health basket with electric toothbrush and a Root Boombox.  In addition, we gave away gift cards and monthly lunches.

Our Roadmap For 2019

Our goals for this year include added more services to benefit the care of our patients including TMJ/TMD treatment and sedation.  We also plan to be open every Saturday from 8am-2pm in 2019.

Palm Beach Gardens Dentist Dr. David Yates personally looks forward to more education and training this year and already has more than 100 hours scheduled for just that.

But he’s also planning to play some golf this year.  Having been hands on in the expansion and busy with overseeing the growth of Gardens Dental Care, he’s had little time for hobbies.  He and his wife also are looking forward to visiting their oldest son in the Pacific Northwest this spring.
